Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is physically broken during transit, incorrect items are delivered, or items are missing.
Reporting Issues
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video and clear images are mandatory for processing any claim.
Exclusions
Personal preference or natural crystal variations are not valid reasons for return. Personally charged or custom-prepared products are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
