Charoite Swirled violet for facing old fears calmly

Charoite is a rare violet mineral, swirled and fibrous, with a silky lustre that seems to move as you turn it. In crystal traditions it is linked to the third eye and heart, and often chosen by people ready to meet old fears with steadiness rather than force. Here it comes as a single hand-shaped 6 × 6 × 5 cm pyramid.

The practice

Living with charoite

  1. Choose a quiet place

A meditation room or a reflective corner suits it far better than a busy desk.

  2. Sit contained

Breathe four counts in and eight out for ten to twenty-five minutes. Sit with it daily only when you feel settled in yourself.

  3. Care with sound

Cleanse it with sound only. Keep it away from water, long sunlight and cleaning products, and protect it from knocks.

Charoite is for the fears you have carried long enough to name. It asks for patience, and repays it.

Questions

Asked often

What is charoite traditionally associated with?

In crystal traditions it is linked to the third eye and heart, and often chosen for inner courage and acceptance. We share this as tradition, not as a medical claim.

Can I use it every day?

Yes, if you feel emotionally steady. Keep sessions to ten to twenty-five minutes, and give it a rest through very stressful periods.

How should I clean it?

With sound only, and a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, sunlight and cleaning products.

Is it real charoite?

Yes. Every piece is natural, lab tested and certified, and you can look up your certificate with your order number.
