Moonlight kept on the bedside table.
A raw moonstone, milky and pale, with a soft sheen that drifts across the surface as you turn it. Known in India as chandrakant, moonstone is chosen for intuition, emotional calm and a gentler rhythm through changing moods. Many keep it on a bedside table or a quiet shelf where the evening light lands.
Why it is chosen
- Moonstone belongs to the sacral and heart chakras in crystal tradition, and to the Moon, water and ether.
- Often chosen by sensitive people and caregivers as a cue for reflection and steady feelings.
- Its glow, called adularescence, comes from thin layers inside the stone that scatter light.
How to use it
- Place it on a bedside table, a shelf or in a calm corner of the living room.
- Breathe in for 5 and out for 6, with your attention resting between heart and belly, and keep it close for 30 to 90 minutes.
- Finish with one soft exhale, and change its place once a month.

Care
Moonstone has natural cleavage planes and can chip or split if it is knocked, so set it down gently on a padded or wooden surface. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth rather than scrubbing. For a traditional cleanse, leave it in indirect moonlight on an indoor sill for two to four hours.
Questions
Can a moonstone go beside my bed?
Yes. A bedside table is one of its most loved places, part of a calm evening routine.
Will it steady my moods?
No promise of that. It is a companion for a reflective ritual, not a treatment, and we make no mood or hormonal claims.
Does every raw moonstone look the same?
No. Each raw moonstone differs in sheen, colour and size, so yours will not be identical to the photograph.

它會像拋光的月光石一樣發光嗎？
不會那麼均勻。在原礦中，光暈往往呈片狀分布，只出現在某些晶面與特定角度，其餘部分則可能看來乳白而平淡。
