The green of new leaves, kept indoors.
Soft green aventurine, hand-polished into a smooth 60 mm sphere with a gentle translucence. In crystal tradition it has long been called a luck stone and a money stone, and it is often chosen for fresh starts, optimism and a hopeful feel at home. We offer it as a calm green presence for a living room or home office, with no promise of fortune attached.
Why it is chosen
- Traditionally associated with the heart chakra and with Venus, the planet linked with harmony and affection.
- Often chosen for a new home, a new venture or any season of starting over.
- Its leafy colour sits easily among plants, wood and cane, so it suits shared family rooms.
How to use it
- Place it where the household gathers: a living-room shelf, a family desk or a side table.
- Each time you pass, let your eyes rest on the green and take a few relaxed breaths.
- Leave it out for as long as you like, day and night.
Is it right for you
Families settling into a new home, anyone starting a new venture, and a warm housewarming or Diwali gift.
If you want aventurine with you at an interview or a first meeting, rather than at home, the Green Aventurine Bracelet travels on the wrist. See it here.

Care
Green aventurine is a hard quartz, so a damp cloth is fine when it gets dusty, as long as you dry it straight away. The sphere is heavier than it looks; pick it up with both hands and keep it on a level, cushioned surface where it cannot roll. For a traditional cleanse, let incense smoke drift around it with a window open.
Questions
Is green aventurine a luck stone?
Yes, in crystal tradition it is often called the luck stone. We share that as tradition only: it is a calm, hopeful focal point, not a promise of fortune or money.
Where should I keep a green aventurine crystal ball?
A living room, a family desk or a home office all suit it. In feng shui the east is linked with family and new growth, so some place it there.
Is this real green aventurine?
Yes. Every piece is lab tested and certified, and once your order arrives you can look up its certificate with your order number on our Lab Certificates page.

The Pocket Book of Stones。
