01Crystals, honestly
What a crystal can do, and what it cannot.
Do crystals really work?
Science has not shown that crystals heal or change what happens to you, and we will never claim they do. What people describe is quieter: a stone becomes a daily reminder of an intention, a pause, a small ritual that steadies them. Crystal traditions associate each stone with particular qualities, and we describe those as associations, not promises. What we can prove is what a stone is, which is why every stone we sell is lab tested before we say a word about it.
How we choose and test every stoneWhat is the difference between a crystal, a gemstone and a stone?
A crystal is a solid whose atoms sit in a repeating pattern, and most crystal stones are minerals, like quartz. Gemstone is a trade word for any stone cut or polished for its beauty, and stone is the everyday word for a piece of rock or mineral. Several stones sold as crystals are something else: obsidian is volcanic glass, and lapis lazuli is a rock made of several minerals. Our product pages say what each piece actually is.
What do people mean by a crystal's energy?
In crystal traditions, a stone's energy means the quality people associate with it: calming, grounding, warming or clarifying. It is an experiential idea, not a measurement. In Pranic Healing the word is more specific: prana, the life energy the practice works with. We use both words carefully and say which one we mean.
What is prana? Is it bad luck to buy a crystal for yourself?
No. That idea is folklore. Nothing in our practice, or in Pranic Healing, says a stone has to be a gift. Choose the one you keep coming back to.
Can a crystal replace medicine or therapy?
No. Nothing we sell or offer diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any medical or psychological condition. Keep every treatment exactly as your doctor advises. A stone can sit beside your care, as a reminder or a ritual, never instead of it.
Healing disclaimerCan crystals be harmful?
Worn or placed, most stones are harmless, but a few cautions matter. Never put a stone in drinking water: malachite and turquoise contain copper, pyrite reacts with moisture, and dyes can bleed. A clear crystal ball in direct sun can focus light like a lens and start a fire. Beads and small stones are a choking hazard for young children and pets. And Grand Master Choa Kok Sui's book Pranic Crystal Healing advises against wearing crystals, or keeping large ones close for long, during pregnancy or with high blood pressure, a heart condition, cancer or a mental health condition.
02Real, fake or treated
Proof, before poetry.
How can I tell if a crystal is real?
At home you can rule out some fakes, but you cannot confirm a stone. Glass often shows tiny round bubbles and warms quickly in the hand. Dye tends to pool in cracks and drill holes. A rare stone at a very low price is a warning sign in itself. Only a laboratory can confirm identity and treatment, which is why every KUSHA crystal is lab tested and certified.
Lab certificatesWhat does your lab certificate confirm?
Five things: which mineral or material the piece truly is, what it is made of, whether it is natural, treated (coated, stabilised or otherwise enhanced) or man-made, whether its colour comes from an artificial dye, and whether it is resin-bonded or reconstituted. Heating is the one treatment testing cannot always detect, so if it matters to you, ask us about a piece before you buy. Each order is matched to its certificate as it is packed.
How do I find my piece's certificate?
Open our lab certificates page and enter your order number with the last four digits of the phone number you used at checkout. You can view and download it, and keep it with your piece as its record of authenticity. If it does not appear yet, message us with your order number and we will send it to you.
Find your certificateIs most citrine fake?
Much of the citrine sold worldwide is heated amethyst or smoky quartz. Heated amethyst turns a deep burnt orange, often darkest at the tips, while natural citrine is usually paler, a soft honey or champagne colour. Heating is not dishonest in itself; selling it as natural is. Testing cannot always prove whether the colour is natural or the result of heating, so if that matters to you, ask us about a piece before you buy. Where a citrine is lab-grown, its product page says so.
CitrineIs opalite a natural stone?
No. Opalite is a man-made glass: beautiful, and glass. Where a material we sell is man-made or treated, its product page says so plainly.
OpaliteWhat are dyed stones, and are they bad?
Dye is common in agate, in howlite sold as turquoise and in some jade. A dyed stone is not dangerous, though its colour can run when wet, but sold without saying so it is not what the label claims, and in crystal traditions a stone's identity matters. Our lab testing checks for artificial dye.
What does natural mean on your product pages?
That the material is what it claims to be, formed by the earth rather than made in a factory. Where a stone has been coated, dyed or stabilised, or a material is man-made, the page and your certificate say so. Heating cannot always be detected, so if it matters to you, ask us before you buy. If a page does not say natural, ask us: we would rather tell you than let you assume.
Where do your stones come from?
From several origins around the world; our amethyst, for example, is Brazilian. Stones are chosen against our sourcing standard and checked before they enter the collection. Bracelets are strung by hand, and every piece is packed in our Jaipur studio.
Our source map03Choosing your stone
Start with what you want it to hold.
How do I choose my first crystal?
Start with what you would like it to hold: calm, steadiness, warmth, focus. Then trust your first response, because one stone often simply feels right. Finally check the practical things: is it real, will it suit where it lives, is the size right. One stone you notice every day is enough to begin.
How to choose a crystalIs there a crystal for anxiety?
No stone treats anxiety. If worry is shaping your days, or you live with a diagnosed condition, please speak to your doctor first. For a quieter mind, amethyst is the stone most often chosen, with smoky quartz, rose quartz and sodalite as gentle companions. In our practice, warm, activating stones such as citrine, carnelian, tiger's eye, sunstone and pyrite are not suggested in an anxious season.
Which crystals are kept in the bedroom for sleep?
A stone is a calm cue at night, not a sleep remedy, and poor sleep that lasts is worth raising with a doctor. For the bedroom, the tradition keeps to soft stones: rose quartz or moonstone on the bedside table, and amethyst in a corner of the room. Warming stones such as citrine, carnelian, tiger's eye, sunstone and pyrite stay out.
Which crystal is good for money, career and confidence?
Citrine, pyrite, tiger's eye and green aventurine are the stones traditionally kept close for focus, drive and new opportunities, usually on a work desk. If you wear one, the right wrist is traditional, and one warm stone at a time is enough; we set them aside in an anxious season. They are reminders of the effort you are making, not a promise of money.
Confidence and abundanceWhich crystal is for love and relationships?
Rose quartz is the classic stone for love and self-worth, gentle enough for almost anyone. Rhodonite is often chosen for old hurt, and green aventurine for a warmer heart. Choose for the season you are in: a new love, a strained one, or learning to be kinder to yourself.
Love and self-worthWhich crystal is best for protection?
Black tourmaline is the stone most chosen for protection and grounding, with smoky quartz and sulemani hakik close behind; in our practice black obsidian is kept for experienced wearers. In crystal traditions, protection means steadier boundaries: feeling less drained by crowds, difficult people or a heavy space. These stones are often placed near the front door or kept on a desk.
ProtectionWhich crystal helps with focus and study?
Fluorite is the study stone: structured, cool and often kept on a desk in exam season. Clear quartz is valued for clarity too, but use it with care: it is said to amplify whatever is already there, scattered thoughts included.
FluoriteHow do I choose a crystal by chakra?
The chakra system maps seven energy centres from the base of the spine to the crown, each with its own themes and stones: black tourmaline for the root, carnelian for the sacral, citrine for the solar plexus, rose quartz for the heart, blue lace agate for the throat, amethyst for the third eye, clear quartz and selenite for the crown. Pranic Healing works with a more detailed map of eleven.
Crystals by chakraWhich crystal suits my zodiac sign?
Each sign has stones traditionally linked to its planet and element, and our zodiac page lists them sign by sign. Treat astrology as one lens among several, a starting point rather than a rule: if a stone for your sign does not feel right, choose by intention instead.
Crystals by zodiac signWhat is my mulank, and which crystal suits it?
In Vedic numerology your mulank is the date you were born on, reduced to one digit: born on the 23rd, 2 + 3 gives mulank 5. Each mulank is linked to a planet, and stones are traditionally chosen for that planet.
Crystals by mulankWhich stone is good for my rashi?
In Vedic astrology, the stones for a rashi are traditionally the navaratna gems, chosen by an astrologer after reading the whole birth chart, never from the sign alone. Our crystals follow crystal and chakra traditions instead. If you would like your chart read properly, book a Vedic astrology and numerology reading with the KUSHA team.
Vedic astrology and numerologyHow do I choose a crystal as a gift?
Choose for the season they are in rather than their personality: a new job suggests focus, a new home something grounding, a hard year something gentle. Rose quartz and green aventurine are the easiest stones to give, and every order can carry a gift note.
Gifts under ₹2,000Does the size of a crystal matter?
Not in any way that can be measured. Choose a size you will actually see and use: a pocket stone for a desk drawer, a sphere for a shelf, a cluster for a room. In Pranic Crystal Healing, larger crystals are treated as stronger, which is why its cautions mention large crystals kept close for long periods.
Crystals by formCan you recommend a stone for me personally?
Yes. Avni, our AI advisor, matches you using the KUSHA Method: your intention first, the gentlest fitting stones first, and an honest word on which to avoid. Or message the studio on WhatsApp, and a person will suggest a few pieces within your budget.
The KUSHA Method04Wearing a bracelet
Which wrist, how many, and when to take it off.
Which hand should I wear a crystal bracelet on?
In crystal traditions the left wrist receives and the right wrist expresses, so calming, heart and intuition stones such as amethyst and rose quartz go on the left, and stones for confidence, boundaries and letting go, such as pyrite, tiger's eye and black tourmaline, go on the right. In Pranic Healing either hand can receive or give, by intention, so comfort matters more than the rule: wear it where you will notice it.
Can I wear more than one crystal bracelet?
Yes. Two or three that share one intention sit well together. In our practice we never stack two strong activators, such as carnelian with citrine, and we steady a strong stone such as tiger's eye with a grounding one such as smoky quartz. Gentle stones such as rose quartz sit happily with almost anything.
All braceletsCan I sleep wearing my bracelet?
You can, but most people do better without: the cord lasts longer, and in our practice warming stones such as citrine, carnelian, tiger's eye, sunstone and pyrite come off in the evening. If you like a stone close at night, rest rose quartz or moonstone on the bedside table instead.
Can I shower or swim with my bracelet on?
Please take it off. Water, soap, chlorine, perfume and lotion all weaken the stretch cord over time, and some stones, such as pyrite, hematite, malachite, fluorite, lapis lazuli, turquoise, howlite and lepidolite, should not be soaked. Roll it on and off rather than pulling it wide, and store it flat.
Crystal careIs it all right if someone else touches my crystal?
Yes. Some people prefer not to share a personal stone, since crystal traditions say a stone holds the energy of whoever handles it. If that matters to you, a night on a selenite plate settles it again. There is no harm either way.
What does it mean if my crystal bracelet breaks?
Usually that the cord has worn, which water, perfume and stretching all hasten. Folklore says a broken bracelet has done its work, and many people find that a comforting thought. Either way, gather the beads, cleanse them and message us: restringing is a simple job.
My stone has a chip or a crack. Is that normal?
Natural stones carry inclusions, veils and lines that are part of their nature, not defects. Real damage is different: if a piece arrives broken, chipped or cracked, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and photos, and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns and replacementsHow do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?
Wrap a soft tape measure around your wrist where you wear a bracelet, snug but not tight, and choose that measurement. Do not add extra: our workshop adds the allowance as it strings your bracelet. Between two sizes, choose the larger. No tape? Use a strip of paper against a ruler.
Do you make crystal bracelets for men?
Every bracelet is for anyone. Men often choose black tourmaline, tiger's eye, black onyx, smoky quartz or lapis lazuli, frequently in larger beads, which read bolder at the wrist. Sizes run from petite to larger wrists.
All braceletsCan I wear crystals during pregnancy?
Grand Master Choa Kok Sui's book Pranic Crystal Healing advises against wearing crystal jewellery, or keeping large crystals close, during pregnancy, so we suggest setting them aside until after the birth. Never let a stone stand in for medical advice, and ask your doctor before using any essential oil. If you book a Pranic Healing session or the course, tell us you are pregnant so the healer can adapt.
Are crystal bracelets safe for children?
Our bracelets are made for adults. Beads and small stones are a choking hazard, so keep them out of reach of young children. For a child's room, the tradition favours one larger, gentle stone such as rose quartz, placed where little hands cannot reach it.
05Pairing and cautions
Chosen for you, and honest about who it is not for.
Which crystals should not be worn together?
In our practice, three rules cover most cases. Never pair two strong activators, such as carnelian with citrine. Keep clear quartz, which is said to amplify, away from a busy, overthinking season. And always balance an intense stone with a grounding one such as smoky quartz or moss agate; with carnelian, choose moss agate or red jasper, because our canon keeps carnelian apart from smoky quartz. Most gentle stones, rose quartz above all, sit well with almost anything.
What are your safety tiers?
Every stone in the KUSHA system carries one of four safety tiers, from gentle stones suited to almost everyone, such as rose quartz, green aventurine and moss agate, to strong and advanced stones we do not suggest as a first choice, such as kunzite and moldavite. Avni uses these tiers when she matches you, and product pages say who each stone suits and when to choose another. When in doubt, begin gentle.
The KUSHA MethodAre some crystals too strong for beginners?
Some are. Moldavite and kunzite, for example, are stones we never suggest as a first crystal, because their effects are said to be intense. Begin with a gentle stone and let your practice grow; product pages flag what each stone is not for.
Which stones suit grief or heartbreak?
Rose quartz and green aventurine are the traditional companions for a raw season, and rhodonite, a firmer stone, is often added later for old hurt. We hold back intense heart openers such as kunzite and rhodochrosite until the first rawness has passed. And if grief feels too heavy to carry, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.
Which crystals are chosen for energy and motivation?
Warm stones are the traditional choice for a flat, low season: carnelian, sunstone and citrine, though not if you also feel anxious or on edge. We avoid heavy grounding stones such as hematite and black onyx at these times, as they are said to deepen heaviness. If tiredness or low mood lasts more than a couple of weeks, please see a doctor.
Can a crystal make me feel worse?
No physical effect of a stone has been shown, but some people say a strong stone leaves them restless, heavy or unsettled. In our practice that is a sign of a mismatch, not something to push through: take the stone off and switch to a gentler one such as rose quartz or green aventurine. If you feel light-headed or unwell, see a doctor.
06Cleansing and care
Gentle, and not too often.
How do I cleanse a crystal?
Choose a method that suits the stone. A selenite plate overnight is gentle and suits most small, dry pieces, though each stone guide says which methods we use for that stone. Moonlight on an indoor windowsill for three to five hours avoids the fading risk of sunlight; bring the stone in before you go to bed. A singing bowl or bell rung nearby for a minute, or a pass through incense smoke with a window open, are the other traditional ways.
The full care guideHow often should I cleanse my crystals?
Gently, and not too often. A light dry wipe every week or two keeps a stone clean, and a traditional cleanse once a week to once a month, or after a heavy day, suits most people; a bracelet worn daily is best cleansed weekly. We avoid strong cleansing too often, as it is said to leave you feeling empty rather than refreshed. The best routine is the one you will keep.
Can I cleanse crystals with salt or salt water?
Rarely, in our practice. Only loose, raw black tourmaline goes on salt: rest it on a bed of dry salt for 10 to 20 minutes, never buried, then brush it clean. Every finished piece, from bracelets to polished stones, stays off salt, and soft or porous stones such as selenite, malachite, pyrite, hematite, lapis lazuli, turquoise and fluorite never touch it, dry or wet. Grand Master Choa Kok Sui's Pranic Crystal Healing does soak clear quartz in salt water, and warns that salt can damage precious or delicate stones. A selenite plate is the gentler choice for small pieces.
Which crystals cannot go in water?
Selenite, including the satin spar used for most plates, slowly dissolves in water, so keep it completely dry. Pyrite tarnishes if left damp. Softer or porous stones, such as malachite, fluorite, calcite, howlite, lepidolite, turquoise and lapis lazuli, should never be soaked, though a quick wipe with a damp cloth is fine. In our practice hematite is kept dry too. If you are unsure, keep a stone dry: no stone is harmed by a soft cloth.
Can I charge crystals in sunlight?
Only a few, and briefly. Amethyst, rose quartz, fluorite, citrine, smoky quartz, kunzite and larimar can fade in strong sun, and opal and turquoise dislike heat. In our practice the sun is kept for warm stones such as carnelian, sunstone, citrine and tiger's eye, up to ten minutes of morning light. Never leave a crystal ball in direct sun: it can focus light like a lens and start a fire.
Why is my amethyst losing its colour?
Almost always sunlight or heat. Hours of direct sun, day after day, can pale amethyst towards grey, and rose quartz can lose its pink the same way. Move it out of sunny windows and away from heaters; a bright room is fine.
What does charging a crystal mean?
If cleansing clears what a stone is said to have gathered, charging is said to restore it: with moonlight, a selenite plate, or simply by holding it with a clear intention. It is a traditional practice rather than a physical change, and many people value it as a moment to reset their own intention.
Do I need to cleanse a new crystal from KUSHA?
Pieces marked Energised by Lavina need no cleansing when they arrive: they are prepared by hand by Lavina and her team of healers before they leave our Jaipur studio. For most other pieces, a night on a selenite plate is a gentle start, and it does no harm to an energised piece if you like to begin that way. Then begin your own routine after the first week, or whenever a stone has been through a heavy time with you.
What is a selenite plate, and how do I use it?
A slab of gypsum, sold as selenite and usually the silky variety called satin spar, where rings, bracelets and small stones rest overnight. In crystal traditions it is the gentlest way to cleanse and refresh a stone. Keep the plate completely dry, because it slowly dissolves in water, and rest only light, dry pieces on it, as heavier stones can scratch it.
Selenite plateHow should I store my crystals?
Apart. Harder stones scratch softer ones, so keep pieces in a pouch or a lined box rather than loose together in a bowl. Delicate points, clusters and carvings belong on a stable, padded surface where they will not be knocked.
How do I clean a dusty crystal or cluster?
A soft, dry cloth for smooth pieces, and a soft brush for clusters and carvings. If a hard stone such as quartz, amethyst or agate needs more, wipe it with a cloth dampened in mild soapy water, then with clean water, and dry it straight away. Avoid harsh chemicals, sprays and ultrasonic or steam cleaners.
07At home, and Vastu
Every room has its stones.
Where should I place crystals at home?
Think of your home in zones. By the entrance, grounding stones such as black tourmaline or smoky quartz. On a desk, fluorite or amethyst for focus. In the bedroom, soft stones only: rose quartz, moonstone, amethyst in a corner. In a prayer or meditation corner, selenite and an amethyst cluster.
Crystals by formWhere should I place a crystal pyramid as per Vastu?
In Vastu the north-east is kept for prayer and clarity, which is where many people place a pyramid or a Sri Yantra. Our practice adds a simple compass: north for clarity stones such as amethyst and selenite, east for new beginnings, south for grounding stones, west for letting go. Keep the spot clean and uncluttered.
PyramidsWhere should I keep pyrite or a money tree?
On a work desk or in the office, where it serves as a daily reminder of focus and effort. In our practice, warming stones such as pyrite and citrine stay out of the bedroom. A money tree is a symbol of growth in Vastu and feng shui; it is a reminder, not a promise.
PyriteWhere should I hang a crystal hanging?
At a window or doorway, where it catches the light. Clear quartz and prism hangings throw small rainbows in the sun, while amethyst and rose quartz hangings are better out of direct sun, which fades them. A smooth, clear sphere can focus sunlight like a lens, so keep a round hanging away from curtains and anything that can scorch. Stone hangings are often placed at an entrance or above a desk. Hang it securely, where it cannot swing into glass.
Crystal hangingsWhat should I keep in my puja or meditation corner?
Keep it simple: a natural surface of wood, marble or stone, one object for your intention at the centre, softening stones such as rose quartz on one side and grounding ones such as smoky quartz on the other, with selenite or amethyst behind. A Sri Yantra selenite plate makes a quiet centrepiece.
Sri Yantra selenite plateWhich crystals suit a work desk?
Fluorite for structure and study, amethyst for a calmer mind under pressure, and green aventurine, or pyrite if you are feeling steady, for drive. In our practice, rose quartz and moonstone are better kept for the bedroom or a quiet corner than a desk, where you want structure rather than softness.
Confidence and abundanceWhich crystals should I avoid in the bedroom?
In our practice, warming, activating stones stay out: citrine, carnelian, tiger's eye, sunstone and pyrite. The bedroom is kept for soft stones, rose quartz or moonstone by the bed and amethyst in a corner. If anyone in the room is anxious or a light sleeper, keep it gentler still.
08Energised by Lavina
Prepared by hand, before it leaves Jaipur.

What does ‘Energised by Lavina and her team’ mean?
That the piece has been cleansed and energised by hand before it leaves our Jaipur studio, by Lavina Jhalani, a certified Pranic Healing instructor, and the team of healers who work with her, following her Pranic Healing practice. The product page tells you when a piece carries this preparation, and it is the same care whether you order one bracelet or ten.
What is special about pieces marked Energised by Lavina?
They are prepared through the founder's six-step sequence, by hand and in order: purification, decording, pranic charging, intention programming, sealing and blessing. The mark appears on the product page and on your certificate, and the KUSHA Method page explains each step.
The six stepsDoes energising change the stone itself?
No. The stone your lab certificate describes is exactly the stone you receive. Energising belongs to the Pranic Healing tradition and, like everything in it, we offer it as a practice, not as a measurable change to the material.
Who is Lavina Jhalani?
The founder of KUSHA DIVINE, a certified Pranic Healer and certified Pranic Healing instructor. She began her Pranic Healing training in 2013, teaches the Basic Pranic Healing Course in Jaipur, has taught more than a hundred students, and leads the team of healers who hold sessions for KUSHA Studio.
Lavina's story09Pranic Healing
The healing that never touches you.
What is Pranic Healing?
A no-touch method of energy work, set out as a structured, teachable system by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui. A healer scans the energy field around your body, cleanses what feels heavy, then energises it with fresh prana. It is practised alongside medical care, never instead of it.
What is Pranic Healing?Does Pranic Healing involve touch?
No. Pranic Healing is practised without touching the body, and at KUSHA the healer never touches you: their hands stay a few inches away, working on the energy field around you. You stay fully clothed, seated or lying down, eyes closed, palms facing up.
How does distance Pranic Healing work?
In Pranic Healing the healer works on the energy field without touching you, even in the same room. Grand Master Choa Kok Sui's books describe distance healing as similar to a session in person, because, they teach, everyone's energy body is connected and energy follows thought. So a session from London or Tokyo follows the same steps as one in Jaipur. You do not have to believe in it; simply notice how you feel that evening and the next morning.
Is Pranic Healing the same as Reiki?
No, though both are respected forms of energy work. Pranic Healing is practised without touching the body, always cleanses before it energises, works centre by centre with specific protocols, and is taught step by step rather than passed on through attunements.
The full comparisonIs Pranic Healing religious?
No. People of every faith and none practise it. A session may open with a short invocation that you can frame in your own words or keep silent.
Is Pranic Healing scientifically proven?
No, and we would rather be straight about it. A small number of clinical trials, mostly in India, have studied Pranic Healing given alongside standard medical treatment. They are small and short, and at least one was funded by the foundation that teaches the method. We read them as a reason for curiosity, not as proof, and we never describe a session as treatment.
What are the eleven energy centres?
Pranic Healing works with eleven major centres rather than the seven of yoga: crown, forehead, ajna, throat, heart, solar plexus, spleen, navel, meng mein, sex and basic, two of them on the back of the body. A healer reads each one and works only where it is needed.
See the mapWhat is prana?
Prana is the Sanskrit word for life energy, the same idea as qi in Chinese practice or ki in Japanese. In the Pranic Healing tradition it is drawn from three everyday sources: sunlight, air and the ground beneath your feet.
Can I keep taking my medication?
Yes, always. Pranic Healing is complementary. Keep every treatment exactly as your doctor advises; a good healer will never suggest otherwise, and nobody at KUSHA ever will.
What will I feel during a session?
People describe warmth, tingling, coolness, heaviness in the limbs, a long exhale, yawning or a few tears. Some feel little at the time and notice a difference that evening or the next morning. Both are normal.
What do people come to Pranic Healing for?
Comfort and support in a demanding season: stress and a mind that will not switch off, grief, old hurt, a strained relationship or a pattern repeating in a family, and calm during illness, always alongside medical care. We never promise a result, a cure or a timeline.
Find a sessionWhat is Pranic Psychotherapy?
A specific practice within Pranic Healing for emotional strain, such as worry, old hurt and habits you want to change. Despite its name, it is not clinical psychotherapy and never replaces a doctor, therapist or recovery programme. It works without touch, 30 to 45 minutes by video or phone. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number first.
Pranic PsychotherapyWhat is Kriyashakti?
A Pranic Healing practice traditionally used for one clearly defined wish. At KUSHA it is held remotely by Lavina or a healer from her team, 30 to 45 minutes, singly or in packs of 4, 7 or 11. It is a practice, not a promise that the wish will come true.
KriyashaktiWhat is the Meditation on Twin Hearts?
A meditation taught by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui in which you bless the earth with loving-kindness through the heart and crown centres. At KUSHA it is guided live by video for 30 minutes, for adults, from anywhere in the world. His books advise against it with a heart condition, high blood pressure or glaucoma, or in a pregnancy after a past miscarriage. If any of these, pregnancy, epilepsy or recent surgery applies to you, tell us when you book and we will adapt the session or suggest a gentler practice.
Twin Hearts MeditationWhat is Super Brain Yoga?
A short exercise from Grand Master Choa Kok Sui's teaching, done holding the earlobes while squatting slowly in rhythm with the breath. We teach it step by step in a 30-minute class by video. If you have knee, hip or back pain, balance problems, high blood pressure, a heart condition or recent surgery, or are pregnant, tell us when you book and we will show you a supported version. Anyone under 18 joins with a parent or guardian, and the books advise pausing it from two days before a period until two days after.
Super Brain Yoga10Studio sessions
Held from Jaipur. Received wherever you are.
How does an online Pranic Healing session work?
You choose a session and a time in your own time zone and answer a few short questions. At your time you join by video or phone from a quiet room, talk briefly about what you are carrying, then sit or lie back, eyes closed, palms up, while the healer cleanses and energises. The healer closes the session, you talk about what you noticed, and you leave with a simple practice.
How long is a session?
Healing sessions run 30 to 45 minutes and readings 30 to 40. Super Brain Yoga, the Twin Hearts Meditation and the Pranic Healing orientation are 30 minutes, and the telephone consultation is 20.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no set number, and no outcome is promised. Some people book a single session for a recent upset; for patterns that have lasted months or years, many choose a short series, which is why most healings also come in packs of 9 or 18. Your healer will give you an honest view after the first session rather than sell you a package.
Who will hold my session? Can I book Lavina?
A healer from Lavina's team, all working to the same method and with the same care. You can book Lavina personally for a Pranic Healing session where she has time free, at about twice the team price and with fewer times available. Readings are given by the KUSHA team.
How do I book, and in which time zone?
Pick a session, then a time from live availability shown in your own time zone. A few questions help the healer prepare, you pay securely online, and a calendar invite follows by email, with joining details on WhatsApp.
See all sessionsCan I change my session time?
Yes. Your confirmation email has a private link to move your session once, free, up to 24 hours before. If something comes up later, write to us as early as you can and we will offer you another time.
What should I do after a session?
Rest, drink water and keep the evening quiet. The Pranic Healing books advise not washing the parts of the body worked on for about 12 hours, and, if you are very weak or unwell, waiting about a day before a bath or shower, because water absorbs some of the energy given. Then notice how you feel over the next day or two; that is the fairest measure.
Can I book a session for someone else?
Talk to us first. When you are arranging help for a parent, a child or a partner, the telephone consultation works best with them on the call, even for part of it, so the right path is chosen with them.
Telephone consultationWhat is the telephone consultation?
A paid, unhurried 20-minute conversation by phone or video to work out which session, reading or course fits, or whether none does yet. No healing takes place. You leave with a clear recommendation, including medical help first if that is right, and no pressure to book.
Book a consultationWhat is the Pranic Healing orientation?
A private 30-minute online orientation with a certified Pranic Healing instructor: what Pranic Healing is, how it works, and which path suits you.
Private orientationIs what I share confidential?
We keep it private. What you share is used to prepare and hold your session, and is read only by the studio team and your healer. Your booking answers are stored using Google's online services, and joining details are sent by WhatsApp, so they do pass through those services. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
Can I have a Pranic Healing session in person in Jaipur?
Most sessions are held by video or phone, because Pranic Healing works without touch and follows the same steps at a distance. The Basic Pranic Healing Course is taught in person at our Jaipur studio. If you are in Jaipur and would rather come in for a healing, message us and we will tell you what is possible.
11The Basic course
Feel it in your own hands.
What is the Basic Pranic Healing Course?
A two-day, in-person introduction to Pranic Healing, taught in a small group in Jaipur by certified instructor Lavina Jhalani. You learn to feel energy with your hands, the seven basic techniques, the eleven energy centres, self-healing, the Meditation on Twin Hearts and Super Brain Yoga.
The courseWhen is the next Basic Pranic Healing Course in Jaipur?
Batches run on the second Saturday of every month and the Sunday after it, 10:00 to 17:00, at our Jaipur studio. Private batches and other dates can be arranged for families, friends or colleagues: message us on WhatsApp with your dates and numbers.
How much does the Basic Pranic Healing Course cost?
₹7,000 for the two days, wherever you travel from. Where GST applies, 18% is added at checkout.
Do I need experience or a special gift?
No. No special gift is needed, and the method is taught practically. Most people feel energy in their hands during the course; for those who take longer, practice closes the gap.
Can I take the course online?
No. Feeling energy and scanning are best learned with live correction, so the course is taught in person in Jaipur, in a small group. If you cannot travel yet, the Pranic Healing orientation is a good first step online.
Will I receive a certificate?
Lavina confirms the certificate and course material details when you reserve your place.
What can I do after the course?
Feel your own and others' energy, practise simple, gentle sessions with family and friends, always alongside medical care, and keep your own energy clean with a few minutes of practice a day. The usual next step is Advanced Pranic Healing, and after it courses such as Pranic Psychotherapy and Pranic Crystal Healing.
Does the Basic course qualify me to heal professionally?
No. Two days gives you the method, not mastery. Confidence comes with regular practice over the following month or two; any serious or complex health concern belongs with a doctor, and the course is not a medical training.
Will I absorb other people's problems?
The Pranic Healing books teach that a healer can pick up used energy, so the course teaches energetic hygiene for exactly this: washing your hands with salt water, disposing of removed energy properly, and cutting the energetic cord after each practice.
